RMSMN2USER: Team Member User License System allows one handler with unlimited canines. Reports records to the Team Lead Program. Ideal for small and large number of teams with or without a network server. Installed on a tablet or laptop

System Requirements & Setup Guide
Thank you for interest in K9 RMS Canine Tracking Software! Before you purchase a copy of the database application, please review the requirements below to ensure your computer is correctly configured.
Important: This software requires a 64-bit Windows operating system and a 64-bit Microsoft Office environment. It is not compatible with 32-bit systems or Mac computers.
Step 1: Check if You Already Have Microsoft Access
If you already have a full license for Microsoft Access, you do not need to install any extra software.
- Click your Windows Start menu button.
- Type Access into your search bar.
- If the app Access 2024 or Office 365 (App) appears in your results, click it to open.
- If Access opens successfully: Stop here. Your system is ready. Go ahead and open the K9 RMS database file.

Step 2: Confirm Your Office Setup is 64-bit
To ensure compatibility with K9 RMS, we must verify that your existing Word or Excel applications are the 64-bit versions.
- Open Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word.
- Click on File in the top left corner, then click Account.
- Click the About Excel (or About Word) button.
- Look at the very top of the window that pops up. It will display a line ending in 64-bit.
- Note: If your system says 32-bit, please contact your IT administrator to upgrade your Office environment to 64-bit before proceeding.
Step 3: Runtime 365 Access Version
If you do not have full Microsoft Access found in Step 1, request the Runtime Version of K9 RMS Canine Tracking Software.
Step 4: Launch K9 RMS
Once the runtime software (or full Access) is available, simply click the K9 RMS Canine Tracking Software link provided to you to download the application. Follow the online instructions for installing K9 RMS on your computer, laptop of network server.
